Cardinal Catchfly

This small annual grows to ~1.5 ft. tall and decorates hillsides throughout much of California with standout color thanks to its vibrant red flowers that bloom throughout spring and summer.

In the garden setting, this species is the perfect addition to rock walls with a mix of Dudleyas or hillsides with a mix of other annuals and perennials to get the full rainbow of colors!
