Coastal Tidy-tips
Tidy Tips is an annual wildflower that is widespread throughout California.
Its 1 1/2″ wide butter yellow flowers tipped with white are beautiful in masses, in combinations with other low-growing wildflowers, or as a sunny border edging. It has a long bloom period and is usually one of the first wildflowers to appear in spring. Often found growing with Goldflields. It has a mild fragrance.
Tidy Tips is an excellent reseeder, perhaps giving you a return show every spring.
