Diamond Clarkia
Diamond Clarkia is a striking annual wildflower that is common among varied forest and woodland habitats. It has a dainty, spindly stem that grows roughly 3 ft. tall. Diamond Clarkia gets its name from its 4 distinctive diamond shaped petals, which vary in color from bright pink to lavender with speckles of darker shades of pink.
Diamond Clarkia is a host plant for several butterfly and moth species, making it a wonderful addition to butterfly gardens. It also has excellent potential for rock gardens and partially shaded urban settings with poor soil conditions.
