White Monterey Lilac
Snowball is an evergreen shrub that grows about 4′ x 4′ with a dense habit, stiff branches, and leathery leaves.
It is covered with clusters of small, pure white flowers that explode into aptly named snowballs each spring.
Excellent for a tough, rocky slope where not many other things will grow. Chamise, Sagebrush, Penstemon, and Monkeyflower are all good companions for this shrub.
