Susan was sprouted in Pasadena in the last century. In her previous work at an elementary school, she planted a teaching garden for the students to learn about where their food comes from and the importance of pollinators. She has recently been transplanted to Berkeley, where she lives with her two dogs and cat–all of whom like to assist in garden maintenance.  Susan loves working at the Watershed Nursery: she enjoys learning about the incredible plants that have been in her garden for years.
