Woolly Fruited Lomatium

Woolly fruited lomatium is a smallish very drought tolerant perennial herb and can grow in full sun.

This dainty carrot family plant sports a cluster of hairy cream colored flowers set against its frilly leaves. It grows to about 1 1/2′ tall.

It is a great addition to a butterfly garden as its a host for the larval Anise swallow tail butterfly.
